Walter "Bob" Crosby went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at the age of 90 years. He was a member of Brookhill Baptist Church. Bob was a Mason, Shriner, and Scottish Rite member. He was a member of the Alzafar RV Club. Bob enjoyed working on things, collecting coins and going to Flea Markets. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers; a sister and a step-son. Bob is survived by his wife of 39 years, Sara; sons, Richard (Betty) Crosby, Gregory (Beth Ann) Crosby; step-daughter, Sandra Wilbanks; nine grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Heritage Oaks Mortuary on Friday, July 14th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at Brookhill Baptist Church on Saturday, July 15th at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be held at Queen City Cemetery in Queen City, TX at a later date.
