Tomas A. Aguilar went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 16, 2017 at the age of 82 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alberto and Ramona Aguilar; brother, Fernando Aguilar; sister, Eloisa Prado; and great grandson, Gary Barnhardt. Tomas is survived by his children, Ruben (Alice) Aguilar, Mary (Ernest) Montoya, Margie (John) Flores, Rose (Armando) Blanco; sister, Ramona (Leo) Verdeja; fourteen grandchildren; thirty-four great grandchildren; eleven great-great grandchildren; also numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Heritage Oaks Mortuary on Tuesday, November 28th from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will depart the funeral home at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, November 29th for Mass to be celebrated at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in San Martin Cemetery.
