Teresa Milligan went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at the age of 79 years. She was a Eucharistic minister at Holy Name Catholic Church where she was a member for 48 years. Teresa served as the Director of Southeast Community Outreach for Older Persons (S.C.O.O.P.) for 22 years. She retired from the State Hospital where she had worked for 25 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard; father Antonio; mother Carmella; sisters, Mary & Josephine and brother, Julian. Teresa is survived by her brother, Emmanuel Schembri; son, Anthony William Milligan & wife Kimberly; daughters, Ann Teresa Miller & husband Glenn and Kathleen Dawn Wilson & husband Jay. Grandchildren, Joshua Milligan & wife Althea, Christopher Peterson & wife Kelly, Asherly Ranatza & husband Tristan, Charity Milligan, Michael Milligan, Pamela Summers & husband Holt, Abigail Milligan, Hannah Wahrmund & husband Brandon, Ariel Bass & husband Dusty, Jeremiah Milligan & wife Brianna, Rebecca Milligan, Emylie Giles and Noah Giles. Great grandchildren, Aden, Zipporah, Olivia, Sage, Eli, Israel, Micah, Deaglan, Othniel, Amariyah, Layla and Silas. Visitation will be held at Heritage Oaks Mortuary on Friday, May 26th from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 27th. Interment will follow at Mission Burial Park South.
