In great sadness we announce the passing of Shirley G. Criswell who went into eternal rest on Thursday, August 08, 2024, at 75 years of age. She was born on December 19, 1948, to her parents John and Ima Willeford in San Antonio, Texas. Shirley was a member of the Women's International Bowling League. She was also a member of the Southeast Baptist Church community. She is survived by her husband Norman H. Criswell fifty-eight years of marriage; daughter Judy Ratliff (Phillip); six grandchildren: Sarah, Nancy, Shelby, Stephen, Cole, and Rylee; three great grandchildren: Leon, Zeke, and Moses; brother Kenny Willeford (Linda); also, numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her son Glen Howard Criswell; parents J.W. and Ima Gene Willeford; and brother James Willeford. A visitation will be held on Monday, August 12, 2024, at Southeast Baptist Church from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. with a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Interment will take place at Steele Branch Memorial Cemetery at 2:00 p.m. in Stockdale, Texas.
