Samuel Andres Mora, 62, passed away on September 2, 2019 in San Antonio, Texas.

Samuel was born in Corpus Christi, Texas on May 6, 1957 to Silverio and Amada Mora.

Samuel is preceded in death by his wife Cecilia Elizabeth; parents Silverio and Amada Mora; brother Salvador Perez, Jr.

Samuel is survived by his children Sammi Amanda Harris (Gil), Michelle Vaughn-Hinson (Howard), Roxanne Marie Chung (Craig), Brandon Daniel Guevara and Elizabeth Anne Mora (Daddy's Pride and Joy); grandchildren Tyler, Aerin, Ryan, Dorian, William, Chloe, Noah, Jazlyn, Aidan and Isaac; Siblings Suzanna Purdue (Robert) and Silverio "Speed" Mora, Jr. and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 15, 2019 at Heritage Oaks Mortuary, 2502 S. W.W. White Road, San Antonio, Texas 78222. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, September 16, 2019 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 1321 El Paso Street, San Antonio, Texas 78207. Funeral procession will depart the funeral home at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to Heritage Oaks Mortuary.
