Roger Dean Talley went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 01, 2022, at the age of 66 years. Roger was born to Martha Oyler and Herbert Talley on September 25, 1956. Roger was in the National Association of the Amusement Ride Safety Officials. He was also a member of the Outdoor Amusement Business Association. Roger survived by his four sons: Randall Talley (Jackie Ann), Ryan Talley (Ashely), Ronald Talley (Vanessa), Ross Talley; 16 grandchildren: Taetum, Kendall, Randall Jr., Rylee, Bree, Jack, Paityn, Baylee, Connor, Khloie, Colten, King, Oshea, Abigail, Roger, and Ronald Jr.; mother of his children: Ronda Talley; ex-wife: Gloria Garcia; stepchildren and step grandchildren: Chasity, Richard II, Melanie, Madeline, Charles, Adrian, Jacob, Richard III, Nathan; sisters: Diane Kohut, Gayla Smeltzer, Kathy Butler; brothers: Herbert Talley Jr., and Michael Talley; also, numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents: Herbert and Martha Talley; siblings: Terry, Frank, Bruce, and Gayle Talley. Viewing services will be held at Heritage Oaks Mortuary on Sunday, November 13, 2022, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on Monday, November 14, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held at Heritage Oaks Mortuary Chapel on Tuesday, November 15, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. Internment will be held at Mission Burial Park South.
