Robert Vincent Gomez went into eternal rest on Friday, September 29, 2023, at 57 years of age. Robert was born to his parents Frank and Julita Gomez on April 27, 1966. One of Robert's main hobbies was going to the movie theater. He was also an avid Spurs and Cowboys fan. Most of all he cherished his time with his family and friends. He was survived by his wife Joyce Gomez of 35 years; 3 children: Chrisopher Anthony Gomez, Jacquelynn Rae Brown (Christopher Thomas), and Vincent J. Gomez (Dilay Gomez); 5 grandchildren: Autumn, Kendall, Anthony, Vincent, and Zaya; siblings: Frances Bustos, Anna Marie Samano (Steve), Frank Gomez (Alicia), Linda Gil (James), and Andrew Gomez (Linda). Also, numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Frank and Julita Gomez; grandson Benjamin Arthur Brown; Sister Irma Reynolds; brother-in-law Felix Bustos; and niece Ginger Garcia. A viewing will be held at Heritage Oaks Mortuary Chapel on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held at Heritage Oaks Mortuary Chapel on Thursday, October 12, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. interment to follow to San Jose Burial Park
