Richard Vernon Welch went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 5, 2016 at the age of 45 years. He was a big fun loving guy, who enjoyed his family. Richard is survived by his wife, Danene Welch; father, Clifton Welch; mother, Brenda Crowe; daughters, Ashlie Malacara and husband George, Deanne Blair; son-in-law, Daniel Blair; grandchildren, Sevrin Casanova, Alisa Ramos, Madilyn Malacara, and Brooksie Blair; brothers and sisters, Daniel Welch, Julie Meadows, Danny Woytasczyk and wife Kathy, Diana McCombs and husband Robert, Martha Williams and husband Mark; father-in-law, Daniel Woytasczyk and wife Esther; brothers by heart and life time buddies, Greg Cruz and wife April, Alan Kruciak and wife Bobbie Jean, Michael Clark; also numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Visitation will be held at Heritage Oaks Mortuary, 2502 So. W. W. White RD., on Friday, January 8th from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. It was Richard''s desire to be cremated.
