Raymond Tausch, 79, of San Antonio, Texas, went to be with the Lord and his late son Raymond Tausch, Jr. in the comfort of his home surrounded by his family on February 11, 2019.

Raymond is survived by his wife Tina, brothers Sonny & Richard Tausch, sister Janice Tausch Smith, sons Steven, Sterling, Travis, daughters Susan & Stephanie, granddaughters Elizabeth, Lonnie, Jennifer, Darlene, Blair, Alyssa, Shannon, Meghan, grandsons Andrew, Evan, Sheldon, Gar, Aiden, Bradley and great grandchildren Madison, Collin, Jackson, Zachary and Braxton.

Born June 30, 1939 to Conrad and Cora Tausch in San Antonio, TX, Raymond was the third child of six. He joined the Navy in 1956 and served four years. While stationed in California in 1958, he married Estefana Ernestine (Tina) Boccino and started a family. He returned to Texas to raise four boys and two girls. He worked as a general contractor for many years and was definitely a DIY kind of man. He was a talented musician, who loved cars, motorcycles, building, dogs and spending time with his grandchildren.

A special thank you to his wife Tina and son Sterling for their loving care and support during his final days.  A gravesite service for Raymond will be held at Sayers Cemetery on Saturday February 16 at 11:00 am. Raymond will be laid to rest next to his son Raymond Jr. and will be deeply missed.
