Rafael Lozano went to be the Lord on March 24, 2020 at the age of 21.  He was born to Rafael and Miriam Lozano in Libertyville, Illinois.

He was preceded in death by his father Rafael Reyna Lozano.  Rafael is survived by his Mother Miriam Lozano; Sister Kristina Lozano; Paternal Grandparents Joventino Lozano and Blanca Estella Lozano and Maternal Grandparents Melvin Cabrera and Myriam Brino Vega. Also numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.  He will be missed by all. The visitation will be held at Heritage Oaks Mortuary, Saturday, March 28, 2020, 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
