Rachel Arriola North, entered into Eternal rest, on Sunday September 27, 2026 at the age of 70 years.  She was born in San Antonio, Texas on June 2, 1956 to Albert and Josephine Castilleja Arriola.  Rachel was the family historian and enjoyed crafting.  Most of all, she was a very loving and proud grandma.  Rachel was preceded in death her son, James North; her parents, Albert and Josephine Arriola; sisters, Rebecca Zapata, Ruth Silva, Annie Arriola.  She is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Alton Isaac North; children, Eric North and his wife Mayra, Brittany North-Heye and her husband Michael; grandchildren, Noah and Hudson Heye, Natalie North; siblings, Albert and Raymond Arriola, Mary Ann Carbajal and husband Albert, Pauline Lomas (Eusebio), Dora Boyle (Ryan); also numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at Heritage Oaks Mortuary on Tuesday, October 6th from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.  Services will be in the Heritage Oaks Chapel on Wednesday, October 7th at 12:00 p.m.  Interment will follow at San Jose Burial Park.
