Octavio Hazael Medina went home to be with the Lord on Monday, October 9, 2017 at the age of 66 years. He was preceded in death by his father, Octavio Medina and grandparents, Cirilo and Maria Martinez. Pastor Medina is survived by his loving wife, Maria Medina; children, Octavio Medina, Esau Medina and wife Maria de Jesus, Isaac Medina and wife Norma, Abraham Medina and wife Kristina, Zabdi Areli Medina and husband Heriberto Solis; mother, Ana Maria Delgado; brothers, Jorge Medina and wife Carolina, Octavio Medina and wife Rosario; nine grandchildren; also numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Heritage Oaks Mortuary on Thursday, October 12th from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with services to be held at 5:30 p.m.
