Melvin R. Gleitz entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at the age of 65 years. He was born in San Antonio, Texas on December 26, 1955.  Melvin worked for Buttercrust Bakery for 39 years. He was a simple man who loved his family especially his children and grandchildren. Melvin is preceded in death by his Parents; Ruvin and Helen Gleitz.   Melvin is survived by his wife Tammy, Children; Stephanie Gleitz-Botello, Jeremy Gleitz (Sarah) and Torye Gleitz, Grandchildren; Nathan, Benjamin and Peyton, Sisters; Linda Sue Selinkoff (Paul) and Florence Steinbach (Donald). Also, numerous nieces and nephews. Public Visitation will be held at Heritage Oaks Mortuary on Saturday, February 6, 2021 from 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. with a Private Service at 2:00 p.m. Services will conclude in the Chapel.
