Manuel C. Iruegas entered eternal rest on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at the age of 85 years. He was born in Camaron, Nuevo Leon, Mexico.  Manuel enjoyed music, singing, and spending time with his family.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Manuel Iruegas and Dolores Cruz; brothers, Reynol and Raul Iruegas; sister, Emma Barrios.  Manuel is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Genoveva Iruegas; children, Aida Iruegas, Griselda Trujillo (Daniel), Manuel Iruegas (Selia), Jose S. Iruegas, Adolfo Iruegas, Felipe Iruegas (Shawn); sister, Juanita Galaviz; thirteen grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren.  Visitation will be held at Heritage Oaks Mortuary on Friday, September 28 ^th from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m.  Funeral services will depart the funeral home at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 29 ^th for a 1:30 p.m. Mass to be celebrated at Mission San Jose.  Interment will follow in Mission Burial Park South.
