Loreta M. Goldman Jenkins entered into eternal rest on Monday, November 14, 2022 at the age of 82 years.  She was born in Poteet, Texas on April 1, 1940 to William Spencer and Dorothy Mae Stiles Goldman.  Loreta's favorite thing in life was dancing country.  She had many friends at Martinez Dancehall.  Loreta was a waitress for Naples Italian Restaurant for 17 years.  She then worked for several convenience stores.  Loreta loved working with the public and people loved her.  She always had a big smile on her face for everyone.  Mom was diagnosed with Parkinson's, with Dementia, which finally took her dancing days away. Loreta was preceded in death by her husband, Irvin "Bill" Jenkins; her parents and sister, Virginia "Ginger" Goldman.  She is survived by her daughter, Dawn Jenkins; fiancé, Roger Wuest of Elmendorf, TX; brother, Wesley Roger Goldman Sr. of Three Rivers, TX; niece, Laura Goldman Petro of Bishop, TX and nephew. W. Roger Goldman Jr., also of Bishop, TX.  Loreta's wishes were to be cremated, there are no services planned.
