Kimberly "Kim" Jillian Knotts Crothers, went into eternal rest on May 8, 2017 at the age of 33. Kim is preceded in death by her grandmother Betsy Avila, and is survived by her loving husband Carlton Crothers. Her parents, Daniel and Teresa Hilbig Mendoza. Sister's Lexy and Amy. Aunts, Donna, Cindy, Vanessa and Martha. Uncles, Richard and Jay. Grandmother, Elaine Mendoza. Her In Laws, David Crothers and Everett Ray & Deborah Young. Numerous cousins and a host of friends. Visitation will begin on Monday May 15, 2017 at Bierschwale Family Heritage Oaks Mortuary from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m.. All services will conclude that evening. Kim was avid animal lover and had a passion for cooking and baking. Kim's smile would brighten up a room wherever she was at. Kim will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. It was Kim's wishes to be cremated.
