Kelly Michael Collins went into eternal rest to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 09, 2020 at the age of 57. Kelly was born on April 15, 1963 in San Antonio, Texas to Kenneth and Ann Collins.

Kelly loved his family above all. He was employed by CPS for 26 years. Kelly enjoyed bike riding, mechanics, fishing and was an animal lover.  He helped other by being an organ and tissue donor.

Kelly is survived by his wife of 26 years Tammy Collins, children; Christopher Mansfield, Ian Mansfield (Celeste) and Joshua Collins, brothers; Kenneth Collins (JoAlyce) and Dale Collins (Trish), Sister; Holly Barnhill; numerous nephews and nieces, mother-in-law; Dorothy Gawlik (Reyes Gutierrez), brother-in-law, Terry Gawlik (Christine) and sister-in-law, Deborah Lee Spaulding (Wayne).

Visitation will be held at Heritage Oaks Mortuary on Tuesday, September 15, 2020 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with a chapel service at 12:00 p.m. Graveside Interment will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Cemetery, Cestohowa, Texas.

Due to COVID19 mandates, limited seating will be available in the Chapel, Social Distancing will be enforced, and face masks are required.
