Juan went home to be with the Lord on September 2, 2015. He was preceded in death by his father Juan Carolos Medina and his grandmother Benilde Buenrostro. He is survived by his loving Wife; Theesa Rose Medina, Children; Nathan J., Melody B., and Anastasia Medina. Mother and Step-father, Benilde and Apolinar Lerma, Grandmother, Natalia Medina,m Sisters: Korina Medina (James) and Celina Davis (Charles). Brothers: Roel Lerma (Monica and Apolinar Lerma, Jr. Also numerous other relatives and friends. Visitation will be at Heritage Oaks Mortuary Chapel Monday, September 7, 2015 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., with cremation to follow
