Josephine Arriola entered her eternal rest on Friday, October 24, 2025, at the age of 88 in San Antonio, Texas. Josephine was born on September 16, 1937, to her parents David Castilleja and Anita Gonzales. She loved baking and sewing, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Josephine is survived by her children; Rachel North (Alton), Albert Arriola, Pauline Lomas (Eusebio), Raymond Arriola, Mary Ann Carbajal (Albert), Dora Boyle (Ryan), Sister; Ramona Vega, Grandchildren; Eric North, Brittany Heye, Denise Zapata, Michael Zapata Jr., Dominique Silva, Jennifer Silva, Jonathan Silva, Roxanne Arriola, Albert Arriola lll, Albert Carbajal Jr., Stephanie Carbajal, Andrew Carbajal, Kristopher Boyle, Patrick Boyle, along with eight great grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her husband; Albert Arriola, Children; Annie Arriola, Rebecca Zapata, Ruth Silva, grandchildren; James North and Stephen Silva.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at Heritage Oaks Mortuary Chapel from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. with a rosary at 7:00 p.m.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at San Fernando Cemetery ll at 10:00 a.m.

The procession will leave from the funeral home at 9:30 a.m.
