Jose E. Sotelo went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 26, 2019 at the age of 54 years.  He was employed by Urban Concrete Contractors for many years.  Jose was preceded in death by his son, Carlos Sotelo in 2016.  He is survived by his sons, Miguel and Jose Sotelo; granddaughter, Gabriella Sotelo; brothers, Ricardo, Rogelio, and Fabian Sotelo; sisters, Gloria Sotelo, Luisa Maya, and Adelia Sotelo; also numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends.  Visitation will be held at Heritage Oaks Mortuary on Monday, December 30th from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m.  Funeral services will depart the funeral home at 9:30 a.m., on Tuesday, December 31st for a 10:00 a.m. mass to be celebrated at St. Jerome's Catholic Church.  Interment will follow at Meadowlawn Memorial Park.
