John E. Seay went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 07, 2018.  He was born on August 12, 1937 in Tyler, Texas.  John is survived by his daughter whom he loved very much; Shannon Cardenas and Arnoldo, Grandchildren; Jerry Villalobos, Jessica Parsons, Timothy Parsons Jr., Nicholas Cardenas, Angelita Cardenas, Brother; Jimmie Seay, Brother-In-Law; Bobbie McCown, Sister; Samia Friesenhahn and Daniel.  He was preceded in death by his Parents;  Thurman Seay & Bessie Rodriguez and Sam Rodriguez, Spouse; Rachael Seay,  Sister; Ynette McCown; Grand-daughter; Lisa Marie Blakey, Stepson; Jerry Casarez.
John loved his Dallas Cowboys, country music, Johnny Cash and Merle Haggard.  John was a retired police officer and then went on to work security for Sea World and Hertz rental.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at 6:00 p.m., Funeral Service will be held at Heritage Oaks Mortuary Chapel on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at 11:00 a.m.
