On Thursday September 10, 2020, John Henry Krauklis passed away at the age of 93.

John was born on January 25, 1927 in Philadelphia, PA.  John was a Merchant seaman for most of his working life, visiting and working on all the oceans and most of the seaports in the world both during times of peace and times of war.  John loved his family and, also his hobbies.  He was a long time collector of fine high fidelity equipment.  He also collected music, with classical and post-war popular music being his most favored genres, though he collected all sorts of music and spoken word as well.

John was preceded in death by his parents Mildred and Ans Krauklis and his sister Ruth Mildred Rodgers.  He was the beloved Uncle of Kim Rodgers Allen and Mark and Brett Rodgers.  Also Great Uncle of Summer and Sydney Rodgers and George, John Travis and Michael Allen.

John will be interred with a gravdside ceremony at Sunset Memorial Park, 1701 Austin Hwy, San Antonio, Tx 78218 at 10am. Thursday September 17, 2020.
