Janie G. Rodriguez went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at the age of 72 years. She was born in San Antonio, TX on May 13, 1944 to Eduardo and Catarina Camarillo Garcia. Janie enjoyed sewing and playing bingo. She was preceded in death by her mother, Catarina Camarillo and her twin brother, Juan Pete Garcia. Janie is survived by her children, Eduardo Rodriguez and wife Letty, Noe Rodriguez and wife Ruby, Ernestina Rodriguez, and Ruben Rodriguez; brother, Javier Medina; sisters, Alice Medina, Carmen Camarillo, and Isabel Enriquez; fifteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Heritage Oak Mortuary on Sunday, October 9th from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will depart the funeral home at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, October 10th for Mass to be celebrated at St. Agnes Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in San Pedro Cemetery in Converse, TX.
