Gloria Godoy went into eternal rest on Wednesday, August 10, 2022, at the age of 67 years. She was born to Mary Ferro and Louis R. Casanova on September 03, 1954. Gloria was a member of the Davy Crocket Texas Grange. She loved singing to karaoke, doing arts and crafts, cooking, and playing bingo. Gloria survived by her husband; Ramon L. Godoy 44 years of marriage, her daughter; Jessica Thornhill and husband Mike, one grandson; Gavin Thornhill, three sisters; Estella Segura (Ruben), Eva Meade (John), Anna Rivera (Harry), four brothers; Louis Casanova Jr. (Janie), Robert Casanova, Ernest Casanova, and Alfred Casanova, also numerous nieces and nephews. Gloria was preceded in death by her parents Louis and Mary Casanova. A viewing will take place on Monday, August 15, 2022, at Heritage Oaks Mortuary from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a rosary at 7:00 p.m. A funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday, August 16, 2022, at St. Anthony's Catholic Church at 11:00 a.m. with a Graveside service following at 12:30 p.m.
