Gabriel Ray Flores was called home on May 15, 2016 at the age of 41. Gabriel was born to Reynaldo Flores and Carmen Flores on November 11, 1974 in San Antonio, TX. He was preceded in death by his father Reynaldo Flores, his maternal grandparents Maria Vasquez and Jesus Vasquez as well as his paternal grandparents Consuelo Flores and Fernando Flores. Gabby is survived by his mother Carmen Flores and his stepfather Bob Pitman; his beloved son Jude Flores and Jude''s mother Lindsey Valsamaki; his Loving Companion Melisa Miller; siblings Yvonne D''Andrea and her husband Jeffery D''Andrea as well as Robert Herrera and his wife Jean Herrera; nephews Nathanial D''Andrea, Justin D''Andrea and Aaron Herrera; nieces Jessica Herrera and Samantha Herrera. Gabby also leaves behind numerous cousins, aunts, uncles and many many friends. Gabby was best described as the wild child of the bunch, he was very playful and had an amazing fun spirit about him. As a child, Gabby enjoyed soccer. He had a kind heart and could become friends with a complete stranger, even after his passing, Gabby has continued to help other's, as he was an organ donor. He was a competitor when it came to his Fantasy football team "Do it for Jonny", board games with family, sports and video games. Gabby loved family vacations, cheesy horror movies, music and had a contagious laugh that would liven up wherever he was. Gabby was an amazing father to his son Jude and he was so proud of him. He cherished the time spent with Jude and his nephews Justin and Nate. Gabby touched many lives and will be missed dearly by all who were blessed to have known him.

Gabby's family will begin receiving visitors on Sunday, May 22 at the Bierschwale Family Heritage Oaks Mortuary at 4pm. A Prayer service honoring Gabby's life will be held at 7pm. Services will conclude at the funeral home.
