Dearest Florencio Lara went into eternal rest on Friday, July 07, 2023, at 67 years of age. Florencio was born to his parents Felicitas and Estevan Lara on October 06, 1955. He enjoyed going to his church community S.E Baptist Church. Mr. Lara was a teacher for 45 years which he dearly loved. He also had a passion for the piano and prayer. He was survived by his wife Elida Z. Lara -42 years of marriage, two children Mona Lisa Magallanes (Francisco), and Ashley Swanson (Dean); two grandchildren Keith Everett Swanson, and Ezra Day Swanson; Siblings: Ismael Lara, Rosa McMahon, Angelina Trevino, Ernesto Lara (Kristy), Gloria Lara; sisters in law Kyoung Lara, and Kim Lara, also, numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Estevan and Felicita Lara, brothers Estevan Lara Jr. and Oscar Lara. A viewing will be held at Heritage Oaks Mortuary on Tuesday, July 11, 2023, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 12, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. with interment to follow to Salem Cemetery.
