Ernest Leopold Espinosa, age 80, passed away on July 25, 2021. He was born on May 22, 1941 in La Garita, Colorado to parents, Frank and Mary Espinosa. He was honorably discharged from the U.S. Army in 1964 and later join the Denver Police Department. Ernest enjoyed being surrounded by nature, watching western movies, and most importantly, spending time with his grandchildren. Ernest is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Mary Espinosa; brother-in-law, Ed Coddington. He is survived by thirteen children, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, three brothers, and five sisters.
