Elvira G. Gonzalez went to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 28, 2019.  She was born in Kenedy, Texas to Fabio and Enriqueta Garza on May 24, 1936.  She is survived by her husband of 61 years Erasmo, children; Abel, Diana, Irma, Norma, Debbie, Belinda and Daniel, sisters; Yolanda and Diana, brothers; Adam, Prieto and David.  Also, 22 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren. Elvira was very active with her church and enjoyed helping others. She was always joking around and making you laugh. A Visitation will be held Thursday, May 02, 2019 at Heritage Oaks Mortuary from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a Celebration of Life service at 6:00p.m. Services will conclude in the chapel.
