Elia Lizcano Ramirez went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 21, 2020 at the age of 74 years. She enjoyed sewing and taking road trips to the Hill Country and the Beach. Above all, Elia loved and took a lot of pride in being a grandma. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Ramirez; parents, Daniel and Helen Lizcano; brothers, Erasto and Daniel Lizcano Jr. She is survived by her loving sons, Edmond Eric Ramirez (Elizabeth Isabel Ramirez), Richard Jason Ramirez (January Casas), and Ernest William Ramirez (Kimberly Jane); seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; brothers, Edmond Lizcano (Andrea) and Orlando Lizcano (Dora); sisters, Mary Helen Jimenez and Elvira Gomez; also numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Heritage Oaks Mortuary on Thursday, March 26 ^th from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the Heritage Oaks Chapel on Friday, March 27 ^th at 10:00 a.m. Services will conclude at the funeral home.
