Efrine "Effie" Dyal went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 14, 2015 at the age of 88 years. She enjoyed playing Bingo and Country Music. Effie loved spending time with her grandchildren, giving to others and celebrating the holidays, especially Christmas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Hedwig Foerster and her brothers, Joe and Henry "Country" Foerster. Effie is survived by her children, Betty Ploch, Matt Richter, David Richter, Curtis Richter and wife Cindi, and Judy Richter; sister, Irene Lange; sister-in-law, Judy Foerster; grandchildren, Lynette, Norman, Michael, Alisa, Justin, Jacob, Kurt, and Michelle; nineteen great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; also numerous nieces and nephews. A rosary will be recited at St. Jerome''s Catholic Church on Wednesday, May 20th at 10:00 a.m., with mass to be celebrated following the rosary.
