Edward Luna Gonzalez entered into Eternal Rest on Sunday, October 11, 2026 at the age of 66 years.  He was born in San Antonio, Texas on March 9, 1960 to Santiago and Eloisa Luna Gonzalez.  Edward loved race cars and was a huge Chicago Bears fan.  He adored his grandchildren and spending time with them.  Edward is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Susan Gonzalez; sons and their wives, Jaysun and Crystal Palacios, Brandon and Alexsandra Gonzalez; grandchildren, Channing, Jace, Molly, Luna and Tiffany; sisters, Gloria and Rosie Ann; also numerous nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Santiago, Sr. and Eloisa Gonzalez; brothers and sister, Jimmy, Guillermo, Gabriel and LuLu and nephew, Michael.

The family, will begin receiving friends and family,  at Heritage Oaks Mortuary, on Friday, October 16th at 5:30 p.m.  Services for Edward, will be held at 6:30 p.m.  Services will conclude on Friday evening.
