It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Dwayne B. Milner, who entered his eternal resting place on Sunday, June 22, 2025 at the age of sixty-three. Dwayne was born in San Antonio, Texas on September 30, 1961 to parents Marlin D. Milner and Maryann C. Dillon. Dwayne will be remembered as a great outdoors man, who loved hunting and fishing. As a lifelong mechanic he could fix anything, he will be missed and loved by his family and all who knew him.

Dwayne is survived by his loving wife of twenty-five years Mary Frances Milner; stepchildren, Gwendalynne Sotelo (Nathan), Alberto "Trey" Herrera; granddaughter, Avery Frances Sotelo; devoted sister, Yvonne Milner; brother, James Milner (April); godfather, David Polasek; godson, Dalton Milner;  as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and many close friends.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Marlin and Maryann Milner; brother, Michael Milner.

A visitation will be held on July 03, 2025 at Heritage Oaks Mortuary Chapel from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. with a service from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

A graveside service will be held on July 03, 2025 at Nockenut Cemetery at 11:00 a.m.
