Dennis James Rackler entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at the age of 64 years.  He was a member of the Harlandale Masonic Lodge and the Shriners.  Dennis loved spending time with his grandchildren.  He enjoyed fishing and traveling with the RV Club.  Dennis was preceded in death by his parents, Wallace and Mary Lee Rackler and brothers, Bobby and Carlton Rackler.  He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Pam Rackler; sons, Dennis "DJ" James Rackler Jr., Darren Anthony Rackler; grandchildren, Zayden and Mason Rackler; brother, Donald Rackler and wife Pam; sister, Nancy Coln; mother-in-law, Mary Ann Metz; also numerous nieces and nephews.  The family will receive friends at Heritage Oaks Mortuary from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Friday, September 21st, with a Memorial Service to be held at 7:00 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, a memorial in Dennis' name can be made to the American Cancer Society or to the Shriner's Hospital for Children.
