David Jon Peterson entered his eternal rest on October 13, 2025, at the age of 62. He was born on April 24, 1963, to Hebert Peterson and Ruth Porter in Bountiful, Utah.

He will be remembered for his love of golf, having a great sense of humor, learning braille, and his love for his family, especially his grandchildren. He was a faithful man to his religion and proud of his accomplishments in the Temple at the Church of Latter-Day Saints.

David is survived by his daughters, Jazmin Tostado, Yvette Rodriguez; grandchildren, Mia Rodriguez, Amaya Rodriguez, Yvanni Rodriguez, Erin Tostado, Ivy Rodriguez; Siblings, Christine Kiefer, Laura Lewis, Ann Jessen, LeGrand Peterson. Along with numerous other family and friends.  David is preceded in death by parents, Hebert and Ruth Peterson; brother Michael Peterson.

A visitation will be held at Heritage Oaks Mortuary Chapel on Saturday, October 18, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. with a chapel prayer service starting at 12PM

Services will conclude Saturday afternoon.
