David P. Mulkey entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at the age of 46 years.  He was born in Ft. Worth, Texas on November 25, 1974.  David loved playing computer games with his sons, English Bulldogs, and Star Wars.  He was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.  David was preceded in death by his mother, Deborah Ebbecke.  He is survived by his sons, Brandon Mulkey (Andrea) and Jefferey Mulkey; step-daughter, Capri Gutierrez; grandchildren, Evangeline and Cashton Pena; Step-father, Frank Ebbecke; the mother of his children, Christina Fuller; uncle, David Mulkey (Teresa); aunt, Pat Mulkey.  Visitation will be held at Heritage Oaks Mortuary on Saturday, December 12th from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with a service to be held at 2:00 p.m.  Services will conclude that same day.
