Clifton Edward Barrow was born on November 14, 1966, to Kathryn and Thurman Barrow in San Antonio, Texas.  Cliff was the second of three children.

Cliff had a strong Christian faith and put his trust in God in all things.  He often comforted friends in distress by lifting them up in Christ.  Cliff was a member of the Charles W. Anderson Masonic Lodge #1413.  He was a skilled carpenter with a successful construction, roofing, and remodeling business.  Cliff was a natural entertainer who enjoyed singing and playing guitar, telling jokes, and making children laugh.  He loved animals, never met a dog he couldn't charm, and would do anything to prevent animal suffering.  Most of all Cliff was a sympathetic soul, always ready to lend a helping hand or an encouraging word to friends and strangers alike.

Cliff is survived by his parents Kathryn Barrow and Thurman Barrow (Linn Barrow), daughter Chandler Menn (Dalton Menn), sister Julie Barrow, brother Robert Barrow (Jennifer Barrow), nephew Colton Barrow (Kayla Barrow), niece Hannah Barrow, dear friend Sylvia Howard, and many relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held at Heritage Oaks Morturary Chapel on Friday, July 19, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. A graveside service will be held at Longview Cemetery on Saturday, July 20, 2024, at 1:00 p.m.
