Billy Harrell Thrasher, 84, passed away January 8, 2022 in San Antonio, Texas.  He was born on February 18, 1937 in Rosebud, Texas to Grady and Ruby Thrasher.

He loved being with family and friends.  He was known as daddy, pawpaw and Wild Bill.  His contagious laugh will be missed.  His passion was sprint car racing, golfing, dancing and traveling.  He loved his Mexican food.

He is survived by his daughter, Diana Norris and husband Ron; daughter-in-law, Cyndi Thrasher; step-daughters, Crystal Graham and husband Tim, Cheryl Womack;  7 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 6 great great grandchildren; many cousins, aunts and uncles.

Bill was preceded in death by his wife, Jeanne Thrasher; parents, Grady and Ruby Thrasher; son, Michael Glenn Thrasher; great granddaughter, Iriey Autumn Miller.
