Ashley Elizabeth Torres, 30 years old, passed away peacefully on Easter Sunday March 31, 2024.

Ashley was beautiful, strong, amazing, and filled with happiness, laughter and life. She was a loving daughter, granddaughter, sister, aunt, niece, and cousin. Born weighing only 1 pound 10 ounces with a 10% survival rate and the challenge of cerebral palsy; she believed every day was her birthday. We were blessed and honored to have 30 years with her.

Ashley is survived by her parents: Lydia Ann Gonzales and Eddie Avila; grandparents: Daniel A. and Maria Alicia Gonzales Jr.; sister: Erica Torres; nephews: Jaydiz and Jayce; aunts and uncles: Brenda, Marco, Mary Helen and Esteban; cousins: Diana, Josielynn, Rebecca, Brittany (Elijah), Victoria, Gwyndilon and numerous 2nd cousins. She will forever live on in our hearts and memories.
