Alcario B. Soliz went home to be with the Lord on Monday, June 21, 2021 at the age of 73 years. Alcario loved fishing and barbequing, traveling and volunteering at the Hermanos Cristiano Food Pantry at St. James the Apostle Catholic Church. Member of the ACTS Mission San Jose also Bereavement Committee at St. Leo the Great Catholic Church. He was preceded in death by his parents Carlos and Modesta Soliz; brothers Raul B. Soliz, Jesus Solis; father-in-law and mother-in-law Lazaro D. and Juanita Flores. Alcario is survived by his wife of fifty years of marriage Anna M. Soliz; children Alcario Soliz Jr. (Letty), Laura Lewis (Clarence), Clarissa Rodriguez (Jose); grandchildren Clarence "Bubba" IV (Mariah), Cristian, Zoe, Cyrus, Anthony, Cierra, Izaiah, Joziah; sisters Catherine Martinez, Amelia Soriano (Juan), Alicia Reyes; sisters-in-law Linda Soliz, Maria Solis, Diana F. Rodriguez. Also numerous nieces and nephews and other family and friends. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 27, 2021 at Heritage Oaks Mortuary, 2502 S WW White Rd., San Antonio, Texas 78222 with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. A funeral procession will depart Heritage Oaks Mortuary Monday, June 28, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. Funeral Mass at Mission San Jose Catholic Church. Interment will immediately follow at Mission Burial Park South.
