Albert P. Marsalis went home to be with the Lord on November 06, 2016 at the age of 73. He was born to Albert Marsalis and Carmen Espinoza on February 23, 1943.
Albert was a loving father and devoted grandfather. He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing and hunting. His favorite pastime would be dancing and spending time with family and mostly his adoring grandchildren.
Albert is survived by his two sons: John Marsalis and wife Rosemary, their children: Ezra Marsalis, Evan Marsalis, Eden Marsalis, Ava Marsalis and Vida Marsalis. Albert Marsalis and wife April Jean, their children: Albert Marsalis III, Summer Marsalis and Amelia Marsalis
He was preceded in death by his wife Virginia.
Visitation will be held Wednesday November 16, 2016 from 3:00pm – 9:00pm at Heritage Oaks Mortuary with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00pm.
A funeral mass will take place on Thursday, November 17, 2016 at St Lawrence Catholic Church at 8:45am. Interment will follow at 10:30am at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
